There are eight tasks to complete between now and 31 November 2012. You can do one a day for seven days or spread them out over the duration of the Diary, though before you begin please complete the Survey.
In the craft spirit of creatively challenging ourselves and sharing knowledge with others, each of the days will pose a thoughtful writing topic for you to muse on in our website blog; much in the spirit of the revolutionary book Writing Down the Bones. Each task should take no more than 20-30 minutes of your day. That’s half an hour you can take for yourself to have a playful reflection on your making practice.
Remember, this is play! There is no need to structure your answers… just write as thoughts come to you. You can chose to write in privacy by downloading the diary questions and emailing your answers to us. Or, you can share your name, embed links to your website/Facebook, upload photos of your work… or anything in between.
The entries you make will be used by the research team to think about the way makers use new technologies and the sort of impacts that is has on our lives.
